Boden Business Park

“An incredibly rewarding day”

A chance for companies to find new employees – and a chance for game students to find an internship. Around 15 companies and 130 students from Futuregames programs participated when the recruitment fair Ting North was organized at Boden Business Park for the third year.

Prior to Ting North, students can book themselves in with participating companies and during the recruitment event they then have about fifteen minutes to introduce themselves and the company talks about their needs and opportunities.

One of the game studios that participated was House of How.

“The House of How Boden studio exists thanks to the cooperation we have with the educational institutions. The ability to hire skilled labor is incredibly important, so participating in this type of event where you get a chance to meet and guide students is something obvious to us”, says Oskar Pettersson, studio manager at House of How.

How was your day?

“Exhausting, but also incredibly rewarding, like most things worth doing. We’ve been busy all day, so next year we’ll try to have more representatives so we can meet more students.”

Sofia Lundström is a business developer at Boden Business Park with a focus on the gaming industry.

“Everyone seems very happy with the day, The Ting has once again enabled fruitful meetings between talented students and committed studios,” she says.
