TeamNorr sees the establishment at Boden Business Park as a perfect start to get started effectively and grow with customers. The company is now one of around 75 tenants with us.

TeamNorr consists of IT consultants, service technicians and account managers with various specialist skills who together form the customers’ IT department and take care of everything from new IT equipment, installations, training and IT support to cloud services, printers, data centers and telephony. Founded in 2014, the company currently has 42 employees.

In addition to the Boden office, the company has offices in Luleå, Piteå, Skellefteå, Umeå, Lycksele, Örnsköldsvik, Sollefteå, Sundsvall and Bollnäs.

– Our melody at TeamNorr is to make our customers so happy that they become our best salespeople. Perhaps especially fortunate for us here in Norrland. What are you up to?

– We are growing fast right now. We recently hired our 42nd employee to our team. Our focus is on ensuring that customers are completely satisfied. Every Friday, all of us at TeamNorr gather via Teams and then we call the customers we have helped during the week to check that everything is working properly. This ringing hour is sacred to us. Customers are genuinely happy when we call to check in and wish them a good weekend.
