For the third year in a row, the Small Business Index is published by the National Association of Small Businesses. The index highlights the differences in business conditions that exist in different parts of the country. Boden climbs 152 places since last year.
The compilation is based on available public statistics and the report on the number of entrepreneurs produced by the Federation. The selected dimensions are basic prerequisites for a functioning ecosystem around the various conditions of entrepreneurship. The dimensions are:
- local market
- entrepreneurial per capita (number of private workplaces run by entrepreneurs)
- the survival rate of local enterprises
- local security efforts
- municipal economic policy
- school system, demography
- welfare commitment
- capital supply
