When you sign up for a membership, you have the option to book meeting rooms. Our membership spaces are integrated with the permanent office spaces in Space & Place Coworking at the top of Verkstan.

Whether you have a membership or rent a permanent office space, the contract is signed with one month’s notice and includes:

Fixed workplace with desk, desk chair and lockable cabinet.

There is also the possibility to add a mailbox and a parking permit for an engine heater space.

Among the companies that currently have coworking space at Boden Business Park are both one-man businesses and larger companies that have their headquarters elsewhere. Through the on-site network, you can meet potential customers and find new skills for your business.

The Verkstan has a restaurant The Square where you can have both coffee and lunch. The gym is also located here The ermine.

There are buses to both central Boden (line 3) and Luleå (line 28) for those who want to commute by bus.
