The area of operation covers an area of approximately 550 hectares where the access to electricity and large areas of land provide unique conditions for establishment oriented towards electricity-intensive industries, which creates opportunities for rapid conversion to an industry that is not dependent on fossil energy. Transport to and from the area will primarily take place via a transport corridor that enables new road and rail connections between the operating area and the 97/Malmbanan. Municipal VA is under investigation, but will be built for the area.
