It has everything you need for large and small film productions. The premises are also suitable for other types of events such as TV productions, conferences, theatre and parties.

Here you will find – in addition to the 525 sqm film studio itself – technical storage rooms, a set design studio, mask/costume and set design rooms, shower and dressing rooms, dressing rooms and ample storage space. The film studio also has a greenscreen, tross and decks.

On the third floor is our showroom, a dedicated cinema with full-scale biotechnology. The studio is handicapped accessible with a ramp at the entrance and a lift to all floors.

The premises can be rented together or separately.

Boden Business Park also has Torget Hospitality, a high-class lunch restaurant that also offers conference facilities for 10-100 people, dinner, breakfast, hotel rooms (4 double rooms, 18 single rooms) and activities on request.
