Welcome to the seminar UTBLICK where we this time discuss local food production and food culture. What is demand for tomorrow's food consumer? Where, when and how do we meet our customers in the future?
At this year's first UTBLICK, we are inspired by Per Myrén from Foodmaker, helping us lift our eyes and look at the future while giving examples of what we can do today. Per will also share his experiences from Gothenburg and Foodmaker, where they work with everything from cultivation, animal husbandry and processing to innovation, art and business development. Together we discuss the topic in groups, change experiences, look at opportunities and create magic!
