Launch of the business development programme “Tillväxtresan” with the theme “How can you as an employer retain and attract employees?”

Finally we start a new round of the business development programme Growth Journey on 29 September! This time, the focus is on those who are ready to take the next step in their business and are curious about the new opportunities that social change can bring.

The training consists of four inspiring and stimulating meetings with expertise in specific areas and networking with companies from other sectors. The aim is to develop you as a business leader and help you take your company to the next level. The target group is business owners and management.

The Growth Journey is a training programme consisting of four meetings, it is not possible to participate only on one occasion.

The theme of the first meeting is “How can you as an employer retain and attract employees?”.

All companies will be offered five hours of free HR support and five hours of free business coaching. The growth journey is held at Boden Business Park.

The growth trip is arranged in collaboration with the municipality of Boden and Tillväxtverket.

Monday

Italian meatballs served with casarecce, hot tomato sauce and grated parmesan

Palak paneer served with basmati rice, grilled halloumi and tomatoes

Tuesday

Wild boar served with mashed potatoes, raw lingonberries and pressed cucumber

Mushroom cap on chanterelles served with potato puree, raw red lingonberries and pressed cucumber

Wednesday

Asian BBQ on carré served with noodle salad, gochujangmajo and toasted sesame seeds

Marinated Tofu served with noodle salad, gochujangmajo and toasted sesame seeds

Thursday

Fish rolls on plaice served with roasted potatoes, sour white wine sauce and fennel crudité

Zucchini rolls with artichoke served with roasted potatoes and sour butter sauce

Friday

Pepper steak on rump served with potato gratin, pepper sauce and baked tomatoes

Soy & butter fried cauliflower served with grated smoked cheddar, chive aioli and crushed nuts

Soup of the day
Caesar salad and beetroot & chevre salad
Poké bowl
Grilled focaccia

Served with salad buffet, homemade bread and table water.
Coffee/tea and small cake.
