Business breakfast in Boden – Invest sustainably and win business

Welcome to the business breakfast at Boden Business Park on Friday 3 February.

The theme of the breakfast is “Invest sustainably and win business” where we will be joined by Rasmus Kazinczy, H2 Green Steel’s Purchasing Manager, Christina Båge-Friborg, SSAB’s Sustainability Director and Mats Stålnacke, LKAB’s Head of Support & Sustainable Procurement. We learn how they work with their purchasing processes, requirements and what’s going on right now.

The local business community in Boden and Luleå is also offered a unique training in sustainability and Agenda 2030 starting 28/2, which we will also be able to take part of.

As usual, we hear what’s going on in the business world and the municipality of Boden.

Breakfast host: LC Wästbygg Group.

Program at. 07.45-08.45.
Breakfast is served from kl. 07.00 and we will be in the light garden in the Workshop at Boden Business Park.

No pre-registration is required for those who wish to participate physically on site.

The breakfast will also be broadcast via the municipality’s Facebook page.

Italian meatballs served with casarecce, hot tomato sauce and grated parmesan

Palak paneer served with basmati rice, grilled halloumi and tomatoes

Tuesday

Wild boar served with mashed potatoes, raw lingonberries and pressed cucumber

Mushroom cap on chanterelles served with potato puree, raw red lingonberries and pressed cucumber

Wednesday

Asian BBQ on carré served with noodle salad, gochujangmajo and toasted sesame seeds

Marinated Tofu served with noodle salad, gochujangmajo and toasted sesame seeds

Thursday

Fish rolls on plaice served with roasted potatoes, sour white wine sauce and fennel crudité

Zucchini rolls with artichoke served with roasted potatoes and sour butter sauce

Friday

Pepper steak on rump served with potato gratin, pepper sauce and baked tomatoes

Soy & butter fried cauliflower served with grated smoked cheddar, chive aioli and crushed nuts

Soup of the day
Caesar salad and beetroot & chevre salad
Poké bowl
Grilled focaccia

Served with salad buffet, homemade bread and table water.
Coffee/tea and small cake.
