Bodenxt Talks – Tomorrow’s green hydrogen society

Welcome to a half-day lecture at Boden Business Park where we talk about the future of hydrogen society.

In Sweden, Boden is identified as a node in a green hydrogen network, which gives us and the region unique conditions and competitive advantages.

We have invited some of the region’s best in the field who are already looking to the hydrogen society of the future. What does it mean for the region and how should SMEs think about hydrogen?

On stage:
Pedro Raposo, Director Power to X at AFRY
Pedro Raposo has been working with hydrogen since 2008. He has a degree in chemical engineering and has been involved as a project manager in several large-scale hydrogen plants. He has also acted as a hydrogen expert in various projects in Sweden. Pedro Raposo currently leads AFRY’s Power-to-X business.

Cecilia Wallmark, Head of CH2ESS at Luleå University of Technology
Cecilia Wallmark is Head of CH2ESS at Luleå University of Technology and is a recognized name in the hydrogen field worldwide. She has over 20 years of experience in the hydrogen and fuel cell technology area in Sweden, but also internationally. Most recently, she joins from Sweco, where the development of the hydrogen field has been her focus for many years.

Marita Nilsson, Technology Lead Electrolyzer Systems, H2 Green Steel
Marita Nilsson is responsible for technical analysis, requirements and research strategy within electrolysis systems at H2 Green Steel. She has extensive experience from Scania, where she has worked as a product owner for battery systems and technical project manager for the development of fuel cell trucks.

Roland Skoog, Owner Skoogs Fuel
Roland Skoog owns the energy company Skoogs bränsle, which distributes fuel products in northern Sweden. He is one of many who have become interested in hydrogen in recent years and recently decided to invest in Oazer, which develops and sells hydrogen filling stations.
